Come beekeeping with me! With this 2-3 hour beekeeping experience.  One or two people can attend the session. 
 
Where and when?
Select a time slot when you book.  
We will spend about 2 hours looking at various bees.  I will show you the basics and you will get hands on with the bees.  
We'll leave from Thatcham and visit hives in the West Berkshire area (up to 20 mins away).  We will then travel of one of my Apiaries.  We will go through a few hives in detail talking about the basics of beekeeping, and will complete a number of beekeeping task as the season dictates. 
We may need to rearrange at short notice dependent on the weather. 
 
At the end of the session you will take home a jar of honey.  
 
Notes:
You need to be over 18.  
This is for 1 or 2 people person. 
All equipment will be provided - you will use one of our beesuits and gloves.  You just need to bring your own wellies (the wellies are to keep the bees out - not due to mud).  
This experience is not suitable for anyone with allergies to bees/beestings.
