Come beekeeping with me! With this 2-3 hour beekeeping experience.  One or two people can attend the session. 

Where and when?

• Once purchased we can arrange a time between May and July for you to come to your experience.

• We will spend about 2 hours looking at various bees.  I will show you the basics and you will get hands on with the bees.  

• We'll leave from Thatcham and visit hives in the West Berkshire area (up to 20 mins away).  We will then travel of one of my Apiaries.  We will go through a few hives in detail talking about the basics of beekeeping, and will complete a number of beekeeping task as the season dictates. 

• We may need to rearrange at short notice dependent on the weather. 

At the end of the session you will take home a jar of honey.  

Notes:

• You need to be over 18.  

• This is for 1 or 2 people person. 

• All equipment will be provided - you will use one of our beesuits and gloves.  You just need to bring your own wellies (the wellies are to keep the bees out - not due to mud).  

• This experience is not suitable for anyone with allergies to bees/beestings.
