Raw Honey? Absolutely!

Is it raw honey? The number one question I'm asked when I'm out with our Ben's Berkshire Bees market stall is whether our honey is raw. The good news is - it is!
Raw honey is honey that has been minimally processed and not heat treated. For example most supermarket honey has been heat treated to prevent it from setting, so is not raw. Raw honey has all the enzymes and goodness included,.
All of our honey is extracted by spinning it around in a honey extractor, and then it is sieved . It is then stored in food grade buckets until it is needed. We then gently warm it to liquidity it again, only a low temperatures.
When you buy Ben's Berkshire Bees honey you can be confident it is as raw and pure as when the bees cap the cells within the hive.
