Honey Baked Cheese

One of the things I love about going to Farmers' Markets is that you meet lots of fantastic producers. At the last Newbury Farmers' Market I was talking to Village Maid who make lovely cheeses including the well known Barkham Blue, and we talked about cheese and honey. I used one their Wigmore cheeses (which got a Super Gold at the World Cheese Awards), baked with our own honey to make a baked cheese. It was absolutely delicious.
